The New Mentorship Program and Status of the Program

In this episode Chefs Russell Bird and Johanna Gottlieb discuss the history of the Promokitchen mentor program and where it is today. They talk about the new look of the program and how to sign up to be a mentor or mentee!
Russell has been in the Promotional products industry for 11 years and recently achieved his MASI (Master of Advertising Sales information from ASI). He owns a distributorship in Edmonton Canada called The Promo Addict. He has been a volunteer chef with PromoKitchen for 3 years and is currently leading the mentor committee within that organization, as well as an active member of the Edmonton chapter of EO. When outside the office, he is a passionate married father of 3 children, and enjoys camping and barbecuing. Russ loves chasing the entrepreneurial dream!
Johanna has been at Axis for almost 15 years, starting as an associate account manager and rising to her current role as a VP of Sales, Midwest. She has been named to the industry’s ASI HOT list and has been on the board for Promokitchen for over 3 years. She was named Promokitchen chair in late 2019. Johanna, a New Yorker at heart, lives in Chicago, with her husband (who she met at Axis) and her daughters, Olivia Bella and Lola Grace. Johanna, known as Jo, loves working out, family time and all things promo.
