Both Carson and Robert have played pivotal roles with PromoKitchen, with Carson serving as chair of the Mentorship Committee and Robert as founding member and past president. These two superstars have huge hearts for helping and have been instrumental in reshaping the mentor program and helping it grow into the success it is today.
Robert is co-Founder and co-President of Brand Fuel, a free-spirited, globally-recognized branded merch agency with a focus on creating meaningful connections and sustainability. Brand Fuel is a proud B Corporation. Robert's interests outside of work include running, canoeing, skiing, coaching, and spending time with family. He has a long and varied history of civic volunteerism and community involvement.
Carson Roncketto is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Creative, a design-based branded merchandise agency and PPAI Gold Pyramid winner located in Fayetteville, AR. Carson has helped re-engineer a 20-year brand to become a trend-forward, design-centric boutique agency serving clients from multi-billion dollar retail giants to franchised organizations, tech start-ups, and ad agencies. Located in one of the fastest-growing and most eclectic cities in the US, Creative is in the center of a renaissance of cultural innovation. The former Chief Learning Officer at a national non-profit, Carson brings her experience and passion for mission-minded work to Creative, helping clients tell their brand story via enriching experiences through product with purpose.
